摘    要:实验测量了氟铝酸盐玻璃对3.8μm激光的透射率以及在高功率连续DF激光作用下的破坏阈值,根据实验结果,应用耦合热弹性理论和大型有限元程序,模拟了氟玻璃窗口在矩形光斑作用下的温度响应和力学响应,分析了氟玻璃破坏的机理,由此推断靶材断裂的危险点,并和实验情况相比较,最后,对氟玻璃材料作为高功率激光器输出窗口的可行性作出评价。

Abstract:Experimental measurement of transmission of fluoroaluminate glass under 3.8μm laser radiation is conducted and absorption coefficient is obtained theoretically. The DF laser induced damage threshold is measured experimentally and the result proves that the fluoride glass can sustain the impingement of DF laser with intensity over 1000W/cm;+2 when the duration time is 1s. Thermo-elastic theory and numerical method are applied to simulate the thermal and mechanical responding of fluoride glass to DF laser and the thermal stress induced crack is considered to be the main damage mechanism.
