摘    要:基于表面等离子体激元共振光强调制传感器原理与高分辨率显微成像系统的优势,介绍了一种结构简单而且成本较低的高灵敏度新型表面等离子体波成像折射率传感器,具有高灵敏度、免标记和高通量等优点,可以应用于生物、环境监测等领域.利用自行研制的SPRI光路系统开展了不同折射率的蔗糖溶液的单通道成像检测实验,获得了反射光强与待测溶液折射率的关系曲线.分析了影响实验灵敏度的几个主要因素,为系统改进提供了依据.实验结果表明:在最佳角度下,该传感器实验系统的检测精度达到了3.6×10-4 RIU.为实现小型化、高通量、多通道检测的SPR生化技术的发展奠定了基础.

Abstract:Based on the principle of light intensity modulation sensor of surface plasma resonance (SPR)and the superiority of microscope imaging system with high resolution,a simple structure and low-cost SPR refractive index imaging sensor was fabricated.The main advantages of this new sensor included high sensitivity,free of label and rapid real-time measurement.It Can be widely used for biosensors and biochemical interaction monitors.The reflected light intensity versus refractive indices of different sucrose solutions have been measured experimentally by using the self-made SPR imaging sensor.Several main reasons for affecting the sensitivity of experiment were analyzed which provided a basis for system improvement.Experimental results show that the measurement sensitivity of the new sensor Can reach to 3.6×10-4 RIU.
