摘    要:应用于空间光学的高精度透射式系统对光学装调有着严格的要求,微小的光轴一致性误差都将严重影响系统质量。介绍了一种通过像差分析和仿真预估指导光轴一致性装调的方法。以应用于空间光学的大口径长焦距透射式镜头为例,计算光轴一致性误差的像差特性。首先给出了光学元件偏心与系统像散、彗差以及球差的关系。然后详细分析了各不同透镜像差贡献的差异,分别计算了各元件偏心和倾斜对系统像散和彗差的影响。利用波前均方根(RMS)和光学传递函数(MTF)作为评价函数,得出各个分离透镜偏心误差对不同像差和系统成像质量的影响权重。最后在实验上对该方法进行验证,光学系统装调后实测结果满足像质要求。该方法能够为实际光学装调提供必要的参考,为高精度透射式光学系统的光轴一致性误差调整提供依据。

Abstract:Optical axes of separate lens are required precision uniform in space transmission optical system alignment.Based on aberration analysis and system simulation,methods for efficient alignment of on-axis optical systems were proposed.One precision transmission space optical system with large aperture and long focal length was used to illustrate the relationship between aberration characteristics and centering error.The spherical aberration,coma and astigmatism caused by misalignment optical axis were calculated.The correlation between separate lens centering error,including decenter and tilt,with coma and astigmatism were presented.MTF and wavefront RMS deterioration caused by decenter and tilt lens were analyzed,and the lens off-axis sensitivity was obtained.The MTF test results demonstrate the possibility and effectiveness of this method,and the proposed methods could be available to optimize the alignment scheme,and guide optical system alignment.
