摘    要:大视场遥感相机需要进行TDICCD拼接,对拼接焦面的精度要求非常苛刻,必须进行精确的精度检测以确保良好的成像质量。检测拼接焦面精度时,选取TDICCD封装中几何结构简单明显的标志图形作为模板,采用图像配准的方法进行标志图形定位,提出了最优步进两步模板匹配算法实现图像配准,得到各片TDICCD的拼接误差数据,所有配准过程耗时不超过350 ms。图像配准方法采用统一的客观模板检测多片小像元TDICCD的拼接焦面,检测结果表明该方法可将每一片TDICCD像元的位置定位精度提高30.6%。图像配准拼接精度检测避免了常规检测方法通过人眼观测读取数据所引入的主观误差,取得的检测结果更为精确,同时精度检测过程不需要人工干预,提高了拼接精度检测工作的效率。

Abstract:TDICCD butting is necessary in the remote sensing camera with large field.The precision requirements for butting focal plane are very strict and must be detected accurately.When detecting the butting precision of the focal plane,the graphical markers of the TDICCD package which had simple geometric structure were selected as templates.The graphical markers were located using the method of image registration.The butting precision error data of each TDICCD were obtained by the two-course template matching algorithm with optimized step.All the registration process could be completed in 350 ms.Using the unified objective templates,the focal plane which had several pieces of TDICCD with the size of 8.75 μm was detected by image registration method.Experimental results show that the image registration method could improve the located precision of each TDICCD by 30.6%.The butting precision detection with image registration method can avoid the subjective error caused by human observation by the conventional detection method,and its results are more accurate.In addition,without manual intervention in precision detection,the efficiency of precision detection is improved.
