摘    要:光学坐标测量系统是建立在数字近景摄影测量技术基础上的一种新型精密测量系统,具有便携性好、精度高、测量范围大、受环境干扰小等优点,适合工业工程的现场测量。针对工业现场精密测量的需求,对摄像机模型进行了分析,提出了摄像机残差修正问题,给出了修正方法及基于双目立体视觉原理的通用坐标测量数学模型。搭建了完整的光学坐标测量系统,测量精度优于±0.1 mm/m。

Abstract:The optical coordinate measuring system is based upon the digital close range photogrammetry(CRP) technology. This measuring system is suitable for on-field large-scale measurement because of its good portability, high precision and wide measuring scope. From the requirement of on-field large-scale measurement,camera model is analyzed, residual error correction is put forward, and the correcting method is given, also the principle of binocular stereovision and the model of general coordinate measuring is given. A whole optical coordinate measuring system is established,whose measuring precision is higher than ±0.1 mm/m.
