摘    要:随着CCD探测器在诸多领域的广泛应用以及相应激光干扰、损伤效应研究的不断开展,使得对其干扰、损伤效果的评估成为一项很有意义而又亟待解决的研究课题。由于探测器传递给我们的最终是一幅图像信息,因而从图像质量评价的角度对干扰效果进行评估。通过总结以往图像质量评价方法的优缺点,得到了一种基于视觉加权的相关度图像质量评价方法。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能较好地体现激光干扰效果,而且与人的主观视觉特性也有较好的一致性。

Abstract:With the widely application of CCD in many fields and the development of study in laser disturbing effects, laser-disturbing effective assessment is becoming a meaningful and important subject. As the detector transfers to us is a picture, the disturbing effect is evaluated with the disturbing image. Through summarizing the advantage and disadvantage of assessment methods of established image quality evaluation, an image quality assessment method of correlation based on visual weighted is established. The experiment result indicates that the method is not only reflect the laser- disturbing effect,but also give the fine agreement with the conventional subjective method.
