| Abstract: | The semiconductor laser beam with variable divergence angle has an important significance in application.In this paper,according to the basic principle of light-ray propagation,a design equation for LD beam-shaping optical system with variable divergence angle was deduced.In order to design the system accurately and ensure the quality of output beam,astigmatism of the laser diode should be considered.The best structure of the system was discussed and the formula for calculating the variable divergence angle... |
