碳纤维层压板冲击损伤的红外热波检测

摘    要:采用无损检测技术对碳纤维增强复合材料进行检测是保证其构件质量的必要手段.介绍了利用红外热波无损检测技术对碳纤维增强多层复合材料板冲击损伤试件检测的结果,并将热波检测结果与超声C扫描检测结果进行比较,结果表明两种检测方法各具优势.热波检测技术与超声检测技术结合起来对碳纤维增强多层复合材料板冲击损伤无损检测效果更佳.

Abstract:Nondestructive testing was a necessary process of insuring quality of the carbon fiber reinforced composites. The technique for inspection of impact damage using thermal wave imaging was described. By comparing the thermal wave imaging results with the ultrasonic inspection results, it is concluded that both of the methods are effective in checking the impact damage. Better results could be obtained by combining the two methods together.
