摘    要:介绍了一种基于半导体激光器调制特性的实用化宽带模拟光纤传输系统及其结构组成和实测性能。该系统的-3dB带宽为30kHz~1.1GHz,非线性小于±5%的动态范围不小于40dB,输出噪声峰峰值小于5mV。具有频带宽、动态范围大、输出噪声低、抗电磁干扰能力强等特点,可用于复杂电磁环境下的亚纳秒脉冲信号传输。

Abstract:A practical broadband analog fiber optic transmission system based on the laser diode direct modulation characteristic is reported. Its configuration and measured performance are described. The measured results indicate that -3 dB bandwidth of the system is 30 kHz~1.1 GHz, the dynamic range is no less than 40 dB within the nonlinearity of ±5% and the peak-to-peak amplitude of output noise is less than 5 mV. The system has many advantages, such as wide bandwidth, large dynamic range, low output noise and strong immunity to electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for the sub-nanosecond signal transmission in the complicated electromagnetic environment.
