浅谈机房基础设施应急响应

应急响应是为了应对各种意外事件的发生所做的准备以及在事件发生后所做的有效地控制事态，限制对环境的影响，避免或减少次生灾害的发生所采取的措施和行动。通过介绍针对机房基础设施的应急响应对象，设计出应急响应的6个阶段，结合流程安全、专业地解决突发事件，并通过机房空调应急事件的操作程序和应急要点进行分析，总结经验。

On Emergency Response of Computer Room Infrastructure

Emergency response is to respond to the emergence of various accidents, and also the measure and action to effectively control the situation after the incident, limit the impact on the environment, and avoid or reduce the occurrence of secondary disasters. Through the introduction of six stages for the emergency response of the computer room infrastructure and combined with the process any contingency could be safely and professionally solved. Meanwhile, based on analysis of the computer room air conditioning emergency incident operating procedures and the emergency points, this paper sums up some experience in handling the sudden incident.
