| 摘 要： | 论文对现有的变步长自适应滤波算法进行了分析,并定性地给出了变步长自适应滤波算法中步长变化应满足的4条准则。根据这些准则,文章提出了一种新的基于模糊推理的变步长自适应滤波算法。理论分析和实验仿真结果都表明,新算法能够符合文中提出的变步长准则,很好地满足了收敛速度和收敛精度的要求。此外,还给出了该算法应用于回声消除中的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes several existing variable step-size adaptive filtering algorithms,and proposes four rules for step-size adjustment in variable step-size adaptive filtering.In the light of these rules,we propose a novel variable step-size algorithm based on fuzzy inference.Compared to existing methods,the novel proposed algorithm has shown superiority in convergence rate and precision both theoretically and experimentally.In addition,we also illustrate its application in echo cancellation. |
