竹红菌素光动力疗法抗肿瘤的生物学机制

摘    要:竹红菌素(hypocrellins)是我国首先研究的一类天然光敏剂,具有结构明确、光敏化活性高、暗毒性低、体内代谢快等特性,在临床光动力治疗实践中具有良好的应用前景。本文仅就竹红菌素光动力疗法抗肿瘤的生物学机制进行综述与探讨。

Abstract:Hypocrellin is a naturally occurred photosensitizer,isolating from traditional China medicine.It has many great characteristics of ideal photosenisitizer,for example,definited structure,high photosensitive activity,low dark toxicity and fast metabolism.Therefore,hypocrellin as a new sensitizer play an important role in PDT area.The present paper reviewed the biological mechanism of hypocrellin-based PDT on tumor.
