实时全息干涉位移测量的自动化

摘    要:实时全息干涉法可以观察记录整个测试过程中条纹图的动态变化,在传统的位移测量应用中只能通过条纹的变化给出定性分析结果。简述了实时全息干涉法进行微小位移测量的原理,根据实时全息干涉条纹和希尔伯特变换的特点,提出了利用希尔伯特变换法进行实时全息干涉位移测量的定量分析方法。实验表明:利用希尔伯特变换法可以自动提取实时全息干涉测量过程中全场各点在任意两个时刻间的相位变化傅,从面塞零位移测量鲍自动化、定量化。

Abstract:Dynamic fringe pattern can be observed throughout the testing by real - time holographic interferometry, while it can only give qualitative result with the change of fringe pattern in traditional displacement measure. The minim displacement measurement principle by real - time holographic interferometry has been discussed. Based on the characteristics of real - time holographic interferometry fringe pattern and Hilbert tranform, the quantitative analysis method of real - time holographic interferometry with Hilbert tranform is presented. The experiment results show that the Hilbert transform method can extract the phase diffexence betweenany two moment at any point in the field of real-time holographic interferometry, thus realizing the displacement measurement automation and quantitative.
