氦氖激光血管内照射对体外血栓形成的影响

摘    要:探讨低能量氦氖激光血管内照射对体外血栓形成的影响及其机制。方法;34例急笥脑梗塞病人用常规药物进行治疗,另34例在常规药物治疗的基础上加用ILIB治疗,观察和比较体外血栓形成能力,纤维蛋白原水平和血小板聚集率等指标。结果:一个疗程后,ILIB组的体外血栓形成能力、血小板聚集率和纤维蛋白原水平与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:结果表明,ILIB疗法可以抑制血小板聚集率和纤维蛋白原水平,有效降低体外血栓形成能力。

Abstract:To investigate the influence and mechanism of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation for thrombus formation in vitro.Methods:34 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) were treated with drugs as control group;another 34 patients were treated with drugs and low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation.Thrombus formation in vitro,fibrinogen level and platelet aggregation were observed and compared.Results:After a couse of treatment,the indexes of thrombosis,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation in treatment group with ILIB were respectively deceased(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is proved that the low energy He-Ne laser intracascular irradiation therapy can effectively decrease the ability for thrombosis,inhibit the platelet aggregation and fibrinogen level.
