摘    要:介绍了激光雕刻机在包装印刷行业的应用状况和激光雕刻机的原理及和工艺,重点介绍了激光雕刻机的一种多光路的方法,对光路中各种元器件原理、性能的介绍,设计了一种新的多光路、聚焦的方法,并对各个参数进行了优化、仿真,并在此基础上设计了多光路激光雕刻机。通过声光偏转的方式实现了2路激光分光,采用2路激光同时对版辊进行烧蚀,与单路激光雕刻机相比,生产力提高了2倍,采用高性能的聚焦光学系统,使得单个激光斑点达到10μm,与电子雕刻相比,大大提高了精度。在设计的激光雕刻机光路中,对激光斑点之间的距离、每路激光的强度、激光斑点的形状进行了分析优化。

Abstract:The principle and technology of laser engraving machine and the application of laser engraving machine in printing and packaging industry has been introduced, especially the multi-beam laser method has been dwelled, Through the instruction on various components in the light path principle, performance, and optimization of various parameter, a new method on multiple light path and focusing has been designed, and a multi-beam laser engraving machine has been manufactured. A new method of acousto-optic deflection makes beam split come true,and two light path laser ablate the roll simultaneously, compared with single laser engraving machine, productivity has increased by 2 times, the focusing optical system with high performance, makes a single laser spot reach 10μm,compared with the electronic engraving, accuracy is greatly improved. The distance between the laser spots, each laser intensity, laser spot shape are analyzed and optimized in the laser engraving machine optical design.
