摘    要:针对一款2-6×24mm瞄准镜系统在变倍过程中出现视差的问题,基于高斯光学理论,利用CODEV软件进行仿真实验,发现在变倍过程中,像距变化较大是造成该问题的主要原因;基于变倍成像原理和机械变倍结构,应用仿真设计技术,提出了变倍组凸轮曲线的修正方法,给出了各镜片的修正参数和凸轮的修正曲线,优化了光学瞄准系统性能,解决了存在的视差问题;对比优化前后光学瞄准系统的调制传递函数、点扩散函数和线扩散函数,发现优化后波像差的RMS值均小于λ/4,成像质量很好,满足成像设计及实际生产的精度要求。

Abstract:Focusing on the parallax problem produced in the zooming process of an aiming system with 2-6×24mm, it was founded that large change of image distance is one of the most main causes during the varying power process based on Gaussian optical theory and performed simulation experiments with software CODE V. By applying simulation design technology and analysis of mechanical structure in a zoom system, a correcting method of cam contour was put forward and optimizes optical aiming system performance such as modified parameters of lens and cam correction curves were given, while the existing parallax problem was solved. Comparing the modulation transfer function(MTF),point spread function,line spread function of the optimized system with the original one,it suggests that the optimization effect is obvious,RMS wave aberration less than 1 /4λ and evaluation of imaging quality is excellent,which completely meets the accuracy requirements of imaging design and actual production.
