红蓝光联合维胺脂胶囊治疗痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨红蓝光联合维胺酯胶囊治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择轻、中重度痤疮87例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用红蓝光联合口服维胺酯胶囊治疗,对照组单独口服维胺酯胶囊治疗,分别计算两组的治愈率及治疗前后的GAGS评分情况。结果:治疗组有效率为86%,对照组有效率为60%,两组患者治疗后GAGS综合分值均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗4周后试验组GAGS综合分值明显低于对照组。结论:红蓝光联合维胺酯胶囊治疗轻中度痤疮疗效好,疗效明显优于单用维胺酯胶囊治疗,其不良反应少。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effects of red and blue light combined with Viaminate Capsules in treatment of mild to moderate acne. Method: 87 mild or severeacne acne cases to be chosed, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with red and blue light combination oral Viaminate Capsules treatment, the control group alone oral Viaminate Capsules treatment. The cure rate of two groups of cure and GAGS scores before and after treatment were calculated.Results: The effective rate of the treat- ment group was 86%, that of the control group was 60%. After treatment, GAGS score of two groups patients were significantly de- creased than that of before treatment, and the treatment of the test group GAGS score after 4 weeks was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Red and blue light combined with viaminate capsules treatment for mild and severeacne acne is good, and it's curative effect is obviously superior to the single use of Viaminate Capsules treatment and adverse reactions.
