白血病血浆的紫外-可见吸收光谱研究

摘    要:本文用分光光度计采集正常人及白血病患者血浆吸收谱,分析200~800nm范围内的光谱,发现光谱的相对强度比I279/I253及红细胞的相对含量A414,酪氨酸、色氨酸的相对含量比A272/A282存在差异,该结果表明血浆的吸收谱对于白血病的快速、微损诊断具有参考价值.

Abstract:We collect the UV-vis absorption of normal plasma and leukemia plasma with the UV-3150 spectro-photometer made in Japan Dao-Jin company.The spectra intensity ratio of I279/I253 and the relative content of A414 and the relative content ratio of A272/A282 are diverse.The result suggests that the absorption of the blood plasma has some reference value for the diagnosing leukemia.
