激光熔覆技术研究

摘    要:利用激光在PCrNi1Mo钢上熔覆纯Cr粉末,采用多道搭接激光熔覆技术获得了最佳的激光熔覆工艺参数。实验结果表明,激光熔覆层均匀连续,无宏观气孔和裂纹,激光熔覆层与基体发生了冶金结合。

Abstract:The optinum process parameters for laser cladding pure Cr powder on the surface of steel PCrNiMo has been obtained by melt-overlapping laser techology with multi-channel joining.The results show that laser cladding lasers in uniform and continuous without pores and cracks,the metallurgical bonding was formed between the cladding layers and the body.
