电爆炸铝丝发光特性的实验研究

摘    要:通过进行多次电爆炸铝丝实验,对比了同种铝丝在不同充电电压、不同长度下发光能量的大小,测量了不同电压下的发光光谱,同时测量了利用电爆炸引燃不同直径纳米铝粉的发光光谱。结果表明:随铝丝长度的增加发光能量先增加而后减少,发光能量随电容器充电电压的增加而增加,且充电电压对发光现象存在一个阈值;充电电压的大小决定了电爆炸的剧烈程度以及电爆炸过程中的中间产物,同时也决定了电爆炸的光谱特性;通过对不同电压下相同铝丝电爆炸采集的能量分析得到,随着注入能量的增加,光谱的强度越大。

Abstract:By many aluminum wire electrical explosion experiments,the luminescence energies in different charging voltages and length of wire are compared,spectrum of electrical explosion at different voltages is measured and the spectrum of electric explosion different nano-aluminum powders in diameter is also measured.It shows that the luminescence energy increases with the wire length increasing in the beginning,but decreases afterwards.Energy increases with storage voltage of the capacitor increasing,and a threshold value exists.Charging voltage determines the intensity and intermediate products of exploding,and also determines the spectral characteristics.By analyzing the energy of exploding under different voltage we find that the energy input is more,the intensity of spectrum is greater.
