计算机辅助肝脏三维重建技术在肝癌患者围手术期健康教育中的应用研究

目的：探讨计算机辅助肝脏三维重建技术在肝癌患者围手术期健康教育中的应用效果方法将84例行肝癌切除术的患者随机分为实验组（43例）与对照组（41例）。对照组采用常规方式进行围手术期健康教育，实验组应用计算机辅助肝脏三维重建技术辅助进行围手术期健康教育。人院时及出院时，分别测评两组患者肝癌围手术期知识掌握度，术前测定两组患者焦虑值，出院时分别测定两组患者及家属对围手术期健康教育的满意度。结果两组患者的肝癌围手术期知识掌握度，人院时差异无统计学意义（P〉0．1），而出院时，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者术前焦虑评分差异显著（P〈0．05）。患者及家属对围手术期健康教育满意度，出院时两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论计算机辅助肝脏三维重建技术在肝癌患者的围手术期健康教育中的确能起到明显的效果，值得推广应用。

Application research of computer - assisted and three - dimensional liver reconstruction for peri - operative health education in hepatic cancers

Objective：To investigate the effect of computer- assisted and three - dimensional liver reconstruction for peri - operative health education in hepatic cancers. Metheds：84 hepatic cancers accepting hepatic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 43） and control group（n = 41）. Patients of control group received routine peri - operative health education, the health education in experimental group were aided by computer - assisted and three - dimensional liver reconstruction. The eogni6.ort degxee toward peri - operative health education knowledge, anxiety scores and ~tisfaction degree on health edueation of the two groups were compared. Result The differences about the eognition degree toward peri - operative health education knowledge between the two groups have no sense instatistics on admission（ P 〉0. 1 ）, while there were significant differences on discharge （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The anxiety scores of the two groups were significantly different before the operation（P〈 0.05）. The differences about satisfaction degree on peri- operative health education between the two groups were significant on diseharge（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Computer - assisted and three - dimensional liver reconstruction can improve the qualities of the pefi - operative health education. It＇s a good method and worth popularizing.
