摘    要:由于光学成像系统本身具有的高光学增益,CCD器件非常容易受到激光的干扰和损伤,以连续632nm氦氖激光辐照可见光面阵CCD,收集到的实验结果表明:用较低功率的激光辐照CCD的局部,就可以产生全屏饱和现象。以命中概率作为效能指标,建立了激光干扰前后命中概率的变化情况的计算模型,通过命中概率大幅度下降说明激光干扰的有效性,为激光干扰的军事运用提供了依据。

Abstract:Because of optical imaging system have high optical gain,CCD detector can be jammed and damaged by laser easily,using 632nm He-Ne laser irradiate visible light array CCD,show that using low laser to irradiate local CCD would can make CCD saturation entirely.Taking the hitting probability as effectiveness standard,established calculating models before and after laser jamming,through the hitting probability's reducing,show the laser jamming is valid,as a basement for the military application.
