| 摘 要： | 以广义衍射理论为基础,通过collins 公式,分析了离轴高斯光束经过矩阵元为ABCD
的光学系统的变换特性,得到的出射激光束是偏心高斯光束,并研究了离轴高斯光束聚焦和准直的特点。

| Abstract: | On the base of general diffraction theory,the con ve rsion of off-axis Gaussian beams passing through an optical system represented by ABCD matrix is analyzed by the Collins formula,and there is had a conclus ion that output beam is the decentered beam.The character of off-axis Gaussian beams'focusing and collimation is discussed. |
