| 摘 要： | 结合传统的Zernike模式法和直接斜率法,采用双向梁函数模式法进行波前重构与校
正。文中结合数值计算和有限元方法( FEM)计算,对系统的波前校正进行了仿真,证明这种方法具有更好的波前重构精度。

| Abstract: | A new method forwave-front reconstruction by two-dimension beam function is introduced,which bonds the advantages of the Zernikimethod and the direct slope method. Through numerical method and finite element method
( FEM) ,wave-front reconstruction is emulated, and it is demonstrated that the method has a better precision forwave-front reconstruction. |
