棉涤混合纺织面料含量的近红外光谱检测

摘    要:文章采用逐步多元线性回归来选择面料吸收光谱1300nm~1800nm的特征波长,就棉和涤纶的混合面料进行含量检测研究。通过计算相关系数,对平滑处理后的吸收数据建立校准方程,棉和涤纶的检测精度为6%。实验表明近红外检测可以用于纺织面料的定性和定量分析。

Abstract:Depending on near infrared absorp tion spectrum of textile fiber between 1300nm and 1800nm, near infrared (N IR) spectrum technology is used to predict the chemical properties of textile fiber, coup led withmultivariate analytic statistical techniques. In this paper, we adopt stepwise multip le linear regression ( SMLR) to select characteristic wavelength of textile fiber, and to research the concentration of the mixture of cotton and terylene. By computing corre- lation coefficient,we establish calibration equation with the smoothed absorbance data. The error is controlled under6%. The experiment shows thatN IR technology can be used as amethod of qualitative analysis and quantitative analy-sis for textile fiber.
