摘    要:基于反射式THz-TDS成像技术对碳纤维缠绕增强复合材料缺陷进行无损检测实验,获得不同缺陷碳纤维样品的成像结果及数据。结果表明,反射式THz-TDS成像技术在0.1~3.5 THz波段对碳纤维复合材料中的热损伤、划伤缺陷、磨损缺陷及孔洞缺陷成像清晰,分辨率较高;且获得的时域波形对样品热损伤缺陷敏感,适用于局部检测对整体性能的判断。

Abstract:The reflective THz-TDS imaging technology was used to perform non-destructive testing of carbon fiber winding reinforced composite material.The imaging and data of carbon fiber samples with different defects were obtained.The results show that the heat damage,scratch defect,wear defects and flat-hole defect in carbon fiber composite material are clearly revealed by reflective THz-TDS imaging technology,and the imaging has high resolution.The time domain waveform is sensitive to thermal damage in samples,and this is especially suitable for determining the overall performance by local detection.
