电磁Metamaterials调制器研究

摘    要:对电磁Metamaterials进行了介绍和研究,设计了一种工作在360GHz的电磁Metamaterials。通过详细研究表明,其可以利用光电导效应制作出工作于360GHz的太赫兹调制器。并对采用该技术搭建360GHz高速无线通信系统的可行性进行了简要分析。本方法还可以应用到利用该材料的其他频段上,尤其是太赫兹频段上可以表现出其优势。

Abstract:This paper introduced and studies the electromagnetic metamaterials,and designed a kind of electromagnetic metamaterials operating in the 360GHz band.Detailed study shows that it can be used to fabricate a modulator at 360GHz.The possibility of utilizing this technology to construct high speed wireless communication system is also included and this method can also be used in other frequency bands especially at THz frequency range.
