摘    要:为了进一步提高卫星激光测距系统中激光指向修正的效率,提出了一种优化的用于激光指向的图像处理算法实现方案。针对实拍的CCD图像,利用拉东变换的方式对图像中的散射光尖点进行精确定位,采用带阈值的质心法提取目标卫星质心,将解算出的光尖点与卫星点的位置偏差转换为望远镜指向的弧度偏差,反馈至激光指向控制系统中,形成了有效的闭环控制。目前,该方案已成功应用于乌鲁木齐气象卫星站内的地基激光定位系统中,实现了在线实时修正激光指向误差,并将指向精度控制在2弧秒以内。

Abstract:To further improve the efficiency of laser pointing correction in satellite laser ranging system,an optimized image processing algorithm for laser pointing error correction is proposed.For CCD images taken in real time,the precise location of laser tip in the image is realized by Radon transform,and the centroid of target satellite is extracted by centroid method with threshold.The calculated position deviation between the laser tip and the satellite is converted into the radian deviation of the telescope pointing,which is feedback to the laser pointing control system,forming an effective closed loop control.At present,this program has been successfully applied to the ground based laser positioning system in Urumqi Meteorological Satellite Ground Station,enabling on line real time correction of laser pointing errors,and controlling the pointing accuracy within 2 arcseconds.
