摘    要:讨论了基于APD探测器的水下激光引信接收系统设计。主要研究APD的探测特性,设计接收系统的偏置电路、温度补偿电路、探测器放大电路,并对仿真结果进行分析。

Abstract:This paper discusses design of the underwater laser fuze receiver system based on APD.Detection characteristices of APD are researched,and in this paper a few circuits of the receiver system are designed such as bias circuit,temperature compensation circuit and detector amplifier.In the end,this paper analyses simulation result.
