| 摘 要： | 本文将目前分形图像编码中采用的分场面仿射变换技术用于医学图像的压缩编码中，提出了一种新的医学图像编码方法。由于将对图像的直接编码映射对仿射为对仿射参数的编码，因此可使编码的压缩率得到显著的提高。实验结果证明了该方法的正确性。

| Abstract: | A new coding method for medical images that uses an affine transform technique is presented.Because of its converting the encoding of image to that of affine parameters,the compression ratio of the encoder is remarkblely increased.The experimental results show that the method is correct. |
