摘    要:高性能的分幅相机是强流脉冲电子束束参数测量及加速器调试中必不可少的一部分,为了满足这种要求,研制了一种新的高性能超高速的三分幅相机。该分幅相机采用一种成像质量较好的会聚光成像的全口径分光原理,由高速快门、科学电子耦合组件(CCD)相机及高速的控制器等组成,具有快门时间和幅间时间独立控制的能力,灵活的控制方式很好地满足了各种测试要求,并且在有效像面面积达到?25 mm的情况下可以获得约3 ns的最高快门速度和高于30 lp/mm的像面空间分辨力。

Abstract:One kind of 3-frames framing camera with ultra high-speed and high performance is developed for beam parameters measurement. The optical principle of the framing camera is basing on splitting the focused imaging light beam in the field of image space. It features good imaging quality and high optic efficiency. It consists of high speed shutter, scientific Charged Coupled Device(CCD) camera and the high speed controller. The shutter time and the frame interval time can be set independently. The effective image size is 25 mm in diameter. The highest shutter time is about 2 ns. The spatial resolution is about 30 lp/mm in image space.
