摘    要:对太赫兹高速无线通信的国内外现状和发展趋势进行了全面的综述与分析。首先介绍了太赫兹通信的特点、频段和调制体制。在此基础上详细讨论了太赫兹无线通信的关键技术,包括太赫兹产生和功率放大技术、太赫兹接收检测技术、太赫兹调制解调技术、太赫兹传输技术、太赫兹高速通信数据流和网络协议技术、太赫兹集成微系统技术;然后重点介绍了日本、德国、美国和中国的几个典型的太赫兹通信验证系统;最后对太赫兹高速无线通信的应用和发展进行了展望。

Abstract:The present research state and future development tendency of terahertz high speed wireless communication at home and abroad are reviewed and analyzed comprehensively. Firstly, the features, frequency band and modulation mode of terahertz communications are introduced. And then the key techniques of terahertz communications, including terahertz generation, amplifier, detection, modulation/demodulation and transmission are discussed, as well as high speed data stream construction, network protocols and integrated microsystems technology. Several typical terahertz communication demonstration systems developed in Japan, Germany, America and China are also highlighted. Perspectives on the applications of terahertz high speed wireless communication and further research directions are presented at last.
