摘    要:非致冷红外焦平面偏置电压的稳定性直接决定了其应用系统的性能.分析了偏置电压控制原理,在此理论基础上,设计了针对非致冷红外焦平面的高精度微型偏置电压控制系统,该系统利用单片机AT89c2051,可调电位器ADN2850,运放AD8606,A/D转化器TLV2544一起组成一个系统完成对电压进行闭环自动控制,实现了电压高稳定度的性能指标.该系统还具备高精度、小型化、低噪声、快速稳定等优点,为提高红外焦平面系统电压稳定性、迅速达到稳定工作状态提供了有益的参考.
