红外探测器参数测试研究

摘    要:红外技术的发展依赖红外探测技术的进展。红外焦平面性能参数的测试评价是红外探测器发展中的关键技术之一。针对这一情况,提出对某型非制冷红外探测器进行特性评价,采用Matlab图形用户界面编程实现对该探测器的响应率和噪声等效温差两个重要参数进行测试,并对测试结果进行了分析,为热像仪的研制开发奠定了基础并具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The development of infrared technology is dependent on the advance of infrared detectors, By reason that test and evaluation of IRFPA is one of the key techniques during the development of infrared detectors, characteristic evaluation of uncooled infrared detectors is presented. Test for responsibility and NETD of uncooled infrared detectors is realized with Matlab GUI program and the result is analyzed. They are the fundamentals of research and development on thermal imager and have some guide effects.
