线阵红外焦平面成像系统中失效元检测及补偿的计算机模拟研究

摘    要:通过对线阵焦平面成像系统失效元产生及影响的分析,说明失效元补偿 的意义;在借鉴国外技术的基础上,提出相应的自动检测及补偿方法,并通过计算机模拟对实际的热图像进行验证,结果证明该方法简洁可靠,并且易于硬件实现。

Abstract:The affect and generation of Defective Pixels in Scanning IFPA Imaging system are analyzed and several Defect compensation ways are introduced based on the current technology abroad. A method of detectivity defective pixels is suggested and certified by computer simulation which can be carried out simply and effectively and realized easy by hardware. More than 2 compensated images were got.
