红外焦平面阵列读出电路技术分析

摘    要:从红外焦平面技术的发展背景出发,论述了读出电路在红外焦平面信号传输中的作用;讨论了用于实现红外焦平面阵列读出电路的一些实施技术;并对各种实现技术进行了分析比较;最后提出了红外焦平面阵列读出电路今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Infrared focal plane array(IRFPA)is key component of the modern infrared imaging system,which consists of infrared detector array and readout circuits.Either hybrid or monolithic IRFPAs need readout integrated circuits(ROIC)to transmit multiply signal and reduce the members of output signal of the arrays. For much mature IRFPA detector technology,ROIC have been the bottle-neck of limiting its science capability. Development background of IRFPA technology is introduced.The action of readout circuits in the tranmission of IRFPA is expounded.Implementation technologies for realization of IRFPA readout circuits are discussed,For the more, all sorts of realization technology are analysed and compared.Future directions of IRFPA ROIC are suggested.
