| Abstract: | Infrared focal plane array(IRFPA)is key component of the modern infrared imaging system,which consists of infrared detector array and readout circuits.Either hybrid or monolithic IRFPAs need readout integrated circuits(ROIC)to transmit multiply signal and reduce the members of output signal of the arrays. For much mature IRFPA detector technology,ROIC have been the bottle-neck of limiting its science capability. Development background of IRFPA technology is introduced.The action of readout circuits in the tranmission of IRFPA is expounded.Implementation technologies for realization of IRFPA readout circuits are discussed,For the more, all sorts of realization technology are analysed and compared.Future directions of IRFPA ROIC are suggested. |
