摘    要:如果热像仪采用直流耦合,电路增益和背景电平稳定,则通过定标后可以进行红外辐射测量。热像仪用于辐射测量时一般基于波段内总辐射量进行定标和数据处理,而不考虑光谱特性。由于热像仪响应、大气衰减以及有些目标辐射明显的光谱选择性,基于波段处理会带来测量误差。本文给出热像仪测量方程和由基于波段处理而引起的测量误差计算公式,并进行示例计算,对计算结果进行分析和讨论。

Abstract:If IR thermal camera is coupled by direct current and its circuit gains and background voltage are stable, it can be used to measure IR radiance after calibration. When IR thermal camera is used in Radiance measurement, calibration and data processing are always done based on waveband sum radiance without considering spectral characteristics. Because of the obvious spectral choice of IR thermal camera response and atmospheric attenuation and some objection's radiance, it can cause error when data processing based on waveband. This paper proposes a measuring equation of IR thermal camera and error calculating formula of data processing based on waveband, and gives calculation samples. At last, the results are analyzed and discussed.
