摘    要:针对MEMS红外光源的驱动控制问题,提出了一种基于FPGA和稳压集成电路ADP3336的可调制驱动系统.通过对MEMS红外光源的辐射光谱和驱动特性研究,确定基于可调脉冲方波的直接驱动控制方式;采用FPGA对数字脉冲信号进行占空比和频率的复合调制;采用ADP3336对光源精密稳压驱动,使驱动电压偏差不大于0.1V,驱动效率达80.1%.该驱动电路实现了对MEMS红外光源大功率、高精度、高效率供能驱动以及深度调制,为这种新型红外光源器件的应用提供了技术基础.

Abstract:To solve the problem of modulating and driving MEMS infrared source, a driving system with FPGA and voltage regulator integrated circuit ADP3336 was proposed. The control method with direct tunable square wave is adopted by studying the radiant spectrum and the driving characteristics of the device. FPGA is used to modulate the frequency and duty cycle of the digital pulse. Voltage regulator ADP3336 is used to drive the sources with voltage deviation less than 0.1 V and the driving efficiency achieves 80.1%. This driving circuit can meet the requirements of driving MEMS infrared source with high power, high accuracy, high driving efficiency and deep modulating. It provides the technical foundation to the application of the new type of infrared source device.
