低发射率涂层对目标温度影响的数值模拟

摘    要:根据传热学原理,建立了涂层目标的传热模型,计算了一日内目标真实温度和辐射温度随时间的变化以及涂层对目标真实温度和辐射温度的影响,结果表明:涂有低发射率涂层的冷静态目标的真实温度和辐射温度白天都有所降低,尤其是辐射温度,白天降低明显,但真实温度和辐射温度夜间变化都不明显;低发射率涂层对抑制目标红外辐射有一定的作用,而且采用不同发射率级差的涂层实施热斑点是可行的.

Abstract:Based on the thermodynamics principle,a simple thermal model of target is established,temperature changes in a day is calculated by means of the model and the impact of painting layer on target is analyzed.The results show that the temperature of the target with the painting layer reduces in daylight but almost stay still at night.The low emissivity painting layer's impact on target radiation is apparent and painting layer with spots of different emissivity could be used for splitting the infrared image of the target.
