| 摘 要： | 利用FIDAP数值软件,详细地模拟分析了垂直Bridgman法生长碲锌镉晶体过程,讨论了碲锌镉材料潜热释放及熔体对流对安瓿边界的温场分布的影响,分析了5 K/cm、10 K/cm、15 K/cm三种不同温度梯度条件对固液界面的影响.结果表明:在所采用的模型计算条件下,潜热释放及熔体对流对安瓿边界的温场分布有很小的影响;在生长初期和末期,固液界面变化比较剧烈;随着温度梯度的加大,在生长中期,界面凹向固态区的趋势减小,界面凹向液态区的趋势加大.
