180元HgCdTe线列器件的冷屏效应与背景限性能

摘    要:从理论上分析了180元HgCdTe线列器件的冷屏效应,计算了180元HgCdTe线列探测器每个光敏元所对应的平面视场角(FOV)及其在300K背景辐射下的背景限探测率,并将实际的180元HgCdTe线列探测器件每个光敏元的性能同理论进行了比较,结果表明180元长波红外HgCdTe线列探测器的性能已经接近室温背景的理论极限.

Abstract:The rectangular cold shield effect in 180 element HgCdTe linear array detector was analyzed. The field of view ( FOV ) for each element of a 180 element linear array and its background limited performance under 300K background radiation were calculated as well. The actual performances of each element for the 180 element linear array detector were compared with the theoretical calculations. The results show that the performances of the 180 element long wavelength infrared linear array detector developed by the authors have approached the theoretical background limitation at room temperature.
