摘    要:矿物成分含量的精确定量反演是高光谱研究中亟待解决的热点和难点。线性光谱混合模型是目前研究最为深入并且简单高效的光谱解混模型,但是矿物混合反射率光谱中的非线性特征影响了线性模型在矿物定量反演中的精度。比值导数光谱法是一种特殊的光谱处理方法,它可以消除混合物中其它物质的影响而直接得到目标物含量与混合光谱变化之间的对应关系,提取出对于目标信息较为敏感的波段。本文对于固体矿物和粉末矿物反射光谱进行了比较分析,并基于比值导数光谱法对于石膏与绿帘石粉末混合物进行光谱定量反演,提取出端元矿物的强线性波段,结合矿物特征吸收谱带信息,从反射率光谱、比值光谱以及比值导数光谱等不同角度总结强线性波段的分布特征,初步判定强线性波段分布于端元矿物特征吸收谷附近的陡坡以及反射率光谱交点处。

Abstract:Accurate quantitative retrieval of mineral content is a hot spot and difficulty in the study of hyperspectral remote sensing. Linear Mixture Model is currently the most in-depth studied spectral unmixing model and it is simple and efficient, but the nonlinear characteristics of mineral reflectance spectra affect the accuracy of Linear Mixture Model in the quantitative inversion of minerals. Derivative of Ratio Spectroscopy (DRS) is a special spectral processing method, which can directly interpret the correspondence between the target content and variations of mixing spectra, eliminate the influence of other substances in the mixture, and extract the bands which are more sensitive to the target information. In this paper, the spectrum of mineral powder and mineral rock were compared and analyzed, and a quantitative inversion based on DRS was performed on powder mixtures of plaster and allochite to extract the Strong Linear Bands of each component separately. Combining with the absorption characteristics of endmember minerals, we discussed the distribution characteristics of Strong Linear Bands on the reflectance spectra, the ratio speatra and the derivative of ratio spectra, and good results were achieved.
