摘    要:通过分析配电网管理系统(DMS)功能结构以及组件技术。将COM/DCOM的功能特点与DMS的基本要求有机地结合在一起,提出了运用组件技术建立DMS的基本设想。系统采用多层体系设计,先从功能实现上引入组件设计思想,再遥步实现系统及结构的迁移。DMS与GIS的融合,并给出了各结构层功能组件以及层间接口的设计。在组件技术的面向对泉及分布式属性、操作系统和平台无关性、事件通知功能、高效的通信机制及其网络安全技术等方面,均达到了配电网管理的功能要求。

Abstract:By analyzing the function structure of a power distribution network management system and component technology, combining the function feature of COM/DCOM with DMS's basic requests, a sweeping presumption is presented that build a DMS by using component technology. It is adopting a multi-layer architecture, introducing component conception in function realization, and then gradually realizing migration of system and structure, combining DMS with GIS. The design of the function component on each structure layer and the interlayer interface is accomplished. In all aspects, such as the object-oriented and distributed property of the component technology, the platform-independency, the event notification function, the efficient communication mechanism, and network security technology etc, the system all meets the demand of the power distribution management function.
