| 摘 要： | 文章提出了一种新的椭圆提取方法。该方法组合利用Hough变换和变形曲线技术提取椭圆。实验证明该方法具有检测准确性高、稳健性好、可以并行实现、占用存储空间小的优点，对于图象中存在多个不同大小椭圆目标的情况尤其有效。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new algorithm for extracting ellipses by combining Hough Transform and Active Snake technique. Our experiments demonstrate that this method is robust, accurate, and can be implemented parallel. And also is especially efficiency for the situation where there are multi ellipses in images. |
