| 摘 要： | 通信网在运行的过程中，存在着网络的节点扩充及重组等问题。文章从遗传算法的基本原理出发，分析带有约束条件的通信网设计中的网络扩充问题，较好的解决了经济效益和需求的网络设计问题。
