Abstract:This paper describes an algorithm which can improve digit-analog mixed signals test precision based on DSP process (called rotated data algorithm below) . The algorithm sloves spectrum leakage problem which noncontiguous of asynchronous sampling produces in mixed signal test. The main ideal of the rotated data algorithm is that the test signal of the digit analog mixed circuit is produced equivalent by a rotating vector's projection at X axis. When sampling non countiuously, sampled data which is transform by FFT will produces spectrum leakage. Non countiuously Sampled data becomes continuous by rotating equivalent vector properly. Then we slove spectrum leakage problem with sampled data corrected by the rotating vector's phase. The paper realizes the algorithm by VB program, and discusses the application of the algorithm in mixed signal test, such as SFDR, SNR and THD.
