摘    要:设计产生正、负温度系数电压的电路,在传统基准电压源电路的基础上引入新型具有负温度系数电压的补偿电路,使基准的温度系数大大降低。设计基于中芯国际SMIC 0.18μm工艺,仿真结果表明:在工作电压5 V及环境温度27℃下,输出电压为1.3 V;在0~145℃温度变化范围内,温度系数为4.46×10-6/℃。采用二级运放结构,在低频时电源电压抑制比(PSRR)为-73.66 dB;完成了版图设计,版图尺寸为81.44μmm×129.47μm。

Abstract:A circuit is designed that generates positive and negative temperature coefficient voltages.On the basis of the traditional reference voltage source circuit,a new compensation circuit with a negative temperature coefficient voltage is introduced to greatly reduce the temperature coefficient of the reference.Based on the design and simulation of SMIC 0.18μm process,the results show that the output voltage is 1.3 V at operating voltage of 5 V and ambient temperature of 27℃.The temperature coefficient is 4.46×10-6/℃under the variation of 0-145℃.Due to the use of a two-stage operation amplifiers structure,the power supply rejection ratio(PSRR)is-73.66 dB at low frequencies.The layout design is completed,the layout size is 81.44μm×129.47μm.
