天竺葵花粉中特殊形态的线粒体及其超微结构

本文应用电子显微镜技术详细研究了研究天竺葵花粉中出现的异型线粒体的超微结构。在小孢子大液泡时期到二细胞雄配子体初期。细胞质（营养细胞质）中出现呈各种特殊形态的线粒体，如极度拉长形，长棒形，哑铃形和环形等。在成熟花粉中出现囊泡化的线粒体。哑铃形和拉长形的线粒体可能与线粒体的增殖有关。而线粒体体积的增大可能与高尔基小泡有关。

Transformed Mitochondria in Pollen Grain of Pelargonuim Hortorum

The ultrastructure of transformed mitochondria in pollen grain of Pelargonuim hortorum was studied by us-ing electron microscopy.Many stretched rod,long dumbell shaped and circular mitochondria were found in mi-crospores or vegetative cells of bi-cellular pollen grains.The vegetative cells of mature grains contain some vac-uolizated mitochondria in the periphery region.The structrue and function of these transformed mitochondriawere discussed.
