| 摘 要： | 本文采用振动抛光制备EBSD试样,研究了振动幅度,加载重量和抛光时间3个变量对EBSD衍射花样质量的影响。试验结果表明,对于镍基高温合金来说,振幅对于抛光结果的影响最大,抛光时间的影响最小。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the EBSD samples were prepared by vibration polisher.The effect of vibration amplitude,load,and polishing time on the quality of EBSD diffraction pattern were investigated.The test results showed the vibration amplitude had the maximum effect,and the polishing time had the minimum effect on the polishing quality of nickel superalloy samples. |
