从庚型肝炎病人肝穿组织中发现具有布尼安病毒科（Bunyaviridae）病毒形态特征的病毒颗粒

应用常规超薄切片技术，对单纯HGV感染患者的肝穿组织进行电镜观察。发现肝细胞胞浆内高尔基囊泡增生、扩张，在扩张的囊泡中见到呈芽生性生长和成熟的病毒颗粒。成熟病毒具有双层脂质包膜及表面穗状微突，核心为微细点丝状，直径约70－120nm，根据其形态学及形态发生特征，可以主伙HGV有可能属布尼安病毒科（Bunyaviridae)成员。

Viral particles with morphologic feature of family Bunyaviridae observed in the liver cells of the patient with hepatitis G

Routine ultrathin section of liver tissues of patient infected HGV were examined by electron microscope. Complexity of membranes and vacuoles of the Go lgi apparatus in the infected liver cells appeared hyperplasia and distention. M aturing and budding of virus were found in the distended sacculus and vesicle. M ost of viral particles were round or oval in shape and 70～120nm in diameter. Li p id bilayered viral envelope with external fringe of surface projections could be resolved. A core of virus was seen and shown a feature of fine particles. On th e basis of morphological and morphogenetic findings, we believe that the HGV may be a member of the family Bunyaviridae.
